For best results we recommend refrigeration.
Using our fats and oils is simple. Just treat it the same way that you would butter or vegetable oil.
For frying, simply spoon the desired about of fat into your pan, saucepan or baking dish and heat until desired temperature is reached before adding your food.
For basting, just heat a small amount in a saucepan or the microwave and use a basting brush to apply.
For baking, just use in the same way you would use butter.
Our fats can also be reused which makes them very economical. All you need to do is wait for the oil to cool after removing your food and then pour the liquid through a strainer into a glass or ceramic container. Our new dripping pots are perfect for this.
